The service network also has been handling customer-centric programs like 6 months screen replacement and 180 days replacement warranty.

The service network also includes a L4 + Refurbish set-up with a capacity to refurbish 20,000 units per month. Our Refurbish unit has been achieving 70% recovery of DOA handsets for in-house brands and is driven by an algorithm-based inventory management, developed over a period of seven years.
